Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location within the continental US, shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days via standard ground carriers.

Yes, our stair treads and rugs are designed with safety in mind. Many of our products feature non-slip backing or are compatible with our specialized adhesive tapes to prevent sliding and ensure stability for the whole family.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-cut orders or personalized items are generally non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
